What is Married Life

In our divorce-prone society 20% of all first marriages are disrupted by either separation or divorce in the first five years. After ten years, that number increases to 33%. We need to provide support for marriages in these critical early years as well other transitional points as well. Our very own community, Johnson County rates one of the highest in the country for divorce.Stones Crossing Church has decided to dedicate efforts to strengthening marriages in Johnson County. Married Life Live are events dedicated to encouraging married and engaged couples to start dating again, having fun together again, and laugh together again. Several times a year, Married Life Live organizes a community wide event so that everyone can experience a fun date night atmosphere with other couples!

2011 Amazing Race On July 9, 2011 couples will participate in an Amazing Race! Couples will be re-defining the meaning of "Working Together" through a FREE, fun, and entertiaining evening filled with clues, tasks, competitions and a bunch of flirting too!DISCLAIMER: The Married Life Live: Amazing Race does not require any training, athletic coordination, or special abilities. It does require sportsmanship, a sense of humor, and a small effort from both spouses. Although it is classified as race, it is an evening of fun and adventure so that couples will laugh together and work together and maybe, just maybe get a prize out of it. So don't worry if it is going to be hard to complete, worry about registering before it is full.
